Managing Your Facebook Social Calendar is a Snap

On Thanksgiving Day this year, my husband and I learned from our local running community that there was to be a virtual Turkey Trot. The premise of the event is that you invite those around you, associate yourself with a local food drive, register, print out your bib and run at the time and place that works best for you. Since we have to drive an hour or more to get to the closest official race, Dallas YMCA Turkey Trot, we thought it was a grand idea.

I hopped on Facebook to set up an event and spread the word to my friends and neighbors. We had a nice group of people show up and gathered a nice collection of canned goods.

One of the runners mentioned that she accidentally clicked no on her RSVP and didn’t know how to change it. And since a couple of other runners chimed in that they weren’t sure how to do that either, I thought I’d share with you how you, too, can update your RSVP to a Facebook event. Enjoy!
